With over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Dylan brings a unique skillset to healthcare construction. An avid craftsman, Dylan honed his construction skills as a youth working in the field for his father’s general contracting business. With a budding interest in Construction Management, Dylan attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University where he graduated in 2008 with a BS in Building Construction.

After leaving Virginia Tech in 2008 Dylan went to work for Allstate Insurance as a Field Property Adjuster for their National Catastrophe Team. This experience allowed Dylan to travel to catastrophe locations within the United States and act as a frontline representative for Allstate where he developed a passion for helping those in crisis. After employment with Allstate, Dylan returned home to Roanoke, VA where he spent a brief stint working for an emergency response/insurance restoration contractor as their Lead Construction Manager and Property Adjusting Consultant. Soon thereafter, Dylan accepted a position with Carillion Clinic within their Construction Project Management department where he worked as a Project Manager for 8 years. At the end of 2019 Dylan left Carilion Clinic to pursue a position with Hoffman & Hoffman which specializes in air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and filtration equipment sales.

Residing in Roanoke, VA, Dylan and his wife Erin enjoy spending time working around their home, rooting on their Hokies and with family. In addition, Dylan and his wife, Erin, welcomed their daughter, Palmer Marie Henderson, into the world in February 2021! They are overjoyed!
