- Exemplify the importance of healthcare physical infrastructure, operational excellence, energy efficiency and decarbonization.
- Offer unique, thought provoking, and relevant content
- Show evidence that abstract has been tailored to the needs of this conference – not a boilerplate submission
- Have strong learning objectives and takeaways
- Demonstrate expertise and experience of proposed speaker(s)
- Engage healthcare members as co-presenters
Submission Instructions. All submissions should include the following:
- Presentation/Session Title
- Classification (Energy, Regulatory/Compliance/Life Safety, Fiscal/Financial, Construction, Facility Management, Design A/E, Workforce Development, Technology)
- Speaker Information (Name, Company, Title, 75-word Bio)
- Session Description (100-word limit. This information will be used in conference materials and should grab the audience’s attention.)
- Format (panel, workshop, lecture, case study, etc.)
- Learn Objectives (minimum of 4 anticipated outcomes)
- Abstract (150-300-words. Full thesis / value proposition for the 2026 VSHE Annual Conference audience)
- Previous Presentations (Has this session been previously presented?)
